Background
Hali is a bounty hunter from "The Middle of Nowhere", as they claim. They have a love for stealing meaningless (and meaningful) items alike. But they SPECIFICALLY have to inconvenience the victim.
Hali is one of my less serious characters.

Hali canonically has Dissociative Identity Disorder. (not something I'll explore that much in detail here, since I mostly play them for the love of the game)
